Agriculture Minister visits Kostanay oblast

KOSTANAY. September 10. KAZINFORM /Pyotr Plakhotnikov/ Kazakh Minister of Agriculture Akhylbek Kurishbayev is paying a working visit to Kostanay visit.
The Minister is accompanied by oblast's Governor Sergey Kulagin. The visit's program started from Zarechnoye fields.
S.Kulagin touched upon the issue on necessity of timely funds allocation to agrarians. According to the Governor, this measure should be taken at the beginning of the year.
