Afghan president condemns Kabul blast

KABUL. October 8. KAZINFORM Afghan President Hamid Karzai has condemned a suicide bombing in the capital Kabul that killed 12 people and wounded at least 84 others early on Thursday; Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.
The blast, caused by a suicide bomber in a car, was strong enough to be felt in the Russian Embassy compound on the other side of the Afghan capital.
The Indian Embassy, located opposite the Interior Ministry, was the site of Kabul's deadliest suicide attack, which killed more than 50 people in July 2008; Kazinform cites RIA Novosti.
