Administrative responsibility for drinking beer in public - MIA
ASTANA. August 10. KAZINFORM /Kurmat Samarkhan/ Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Police Committee of the Kazakh MIA Igor Lepekha informed of imposing administrative responsibility for drinking beer in public at a weekly briefing today.
As is known on August 2 there was introduced the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On amendments to some legislative acts on prevention of child neglect and delinquencies.
According to I. Lepekha, the Law developed by the MIA provides for amendments to the Code on Administrative Offences where the notion "alcoholic beverages" was replaced by "alcoholic products". "Earlier we did not brought to responsibility for drinking beer in public places. Today we have right to do it due to the fact that beer is an alcoholic beverage"
