NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The Head of State decreed to appoint Serik Zhumangarin as the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan relieving him of his duties as the head of the Competition Development and Protection Agency of Kazakhstan, the Akorda press service reports.
