Accord of Kazakh people is the base of the country’s prosperity

The most important is to learn how to conceive the variety of differences between people and consider them as a source of development, energy and creativity. Today Astana has hosted an international conference where they discussed language, ethnos and culture in a multicultural society, astana.kz informs.

Hursheda Hamrakulova, member of the Council for nationalities affairs under the Government of Moscow:
“Todays conference is held on the threshold a very big holiday in Kazakhstan - the Day of the First President. I have willingly responded to a suggestion to appear at the international conference with a curious name - conference of Peace and Accord”.

In addition, exhibition of paintings and folk manufactures “Murager” has taken place in the Palace of Arts. The exposition represented works by artists from across Kazakhstan. Creators have shared with us the peculiarities of their works.

Liliya Kim, artist (Karaganda city):
“Batik is textile painting. Generally, there are several such techniques, one of them is hot batik. And a work is represented here - styled Kazakh national ornament made on Bayterek theme in hot batik technique”.

In addition to the exhibition, at the conference there were sections’ sessions where they discussed ideas of peace, public accord and national unity, as well as international experience of peace and non-violence culture.
