About 9 000 people found jobs under direction of employment center – Road Map
ZHAMBYL REGION. September 15. KAZINFORM /Galina Skripnik/ 263 facilities of housing and utilities infrastructure are being reconstructed under the Road Map Program.
According to the information of Employment and Social Program Department of Akimat in Zhambyl region at present 13 229 jobs were created whereas 11 173 people (84.5 per cent) were employed. From them 8 729 people (78.1 per cent) found jobs under the direction of employment centers.
4 314 social jobs were created under the Road Map Program whereas 2 232 people were directed for 'Youth Practice' and over 4 000 people attend retraining courses.
KZT 345.6 mln was allocated from the national budget for creation of social jobs whereas as of August, 1 KZT 80.1 mln (46.3 percent) was used.
As a whole during January-August 2009 2 663 people found permanent jobs, whereas 4 141 are involved in paid social works and 12 875 were provided with seasonal works.
