About 60 thousand Kyrgyz people work in Kazakhstan

BISHKEK. August 11. KAZINFORM /Vladimir Dobrovolsky/ Two day conference of Kyrgyz compatriots titled: "Labor Migration: Political Social and Economic Consequences and Prospects" has been started in Bishkek.
According to Deputy Chairman of the Kyrgyz State Committee on Migration and Employment Tursun Sabyrov there are about 60 thousand Kyrgyz people in Kazakhstan. Totally there are about 500-600 thousand Kyrgyz people abroad the most part of which work in Russia.
Heads of Kyrgyz Diasporas from Russia, Kazakhstan, Italy, South Korea, China, Turkey, Egypt as well as the representatives of the Kyrgyz state bodies take part in the conference for the eight time.
