"Presently, we jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan opened an institute of international observation of election in our country. Obviously, it applies to the early presidential election in Kazakhstan in 2015," M. Sarsenbayev told.

According to him, the majority of the international observing organizations are at the stage of preparation.

"Usually, it takes time for foreign countries to send their observers to another country, but about 100 journalists are already accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan for the work in Kazakhstan. Thus, based on the law of our country, these journalists can start fulfilling their functions of observers. There are no restrictions for them at the moment," M. Sarsenbayev added.
