About 10,000 apartments commissioned in Astana within 11 months of 2013
Astana. December 18. KAZINFORM - In January-November of the current year residential houses for 9 536 apartments were commissioned on Astana; the total area of the housing commissioned amounts to 1 032 373 sq m, Kazakhstan's foreign office informs referring to the press service of Astana mayor's office.
"Average actual cost of 1 sq m construction of the total housing area in January-November 2013 in the capital amounted to 110.0 thousand tenge (in January-November 2012 it was 92.2 thousand tenge), and average actual cost of 1 sq m of usable area construction - 144.6 thousand tenge (in January-November 2012 - 125.8 thousand tenge), including built by individual developers - 53.6 thousand tenge," a statement reads.
The individual developers built houses for a total area of 74 592 sq m (which in 165.1% to the level of January-November 2012). The part of individual housing construction in the total housing commissioning amounted to 7.2% against 3.8% in January-November 2012.
