A wounded man was dumped off at Ust-Kamenogorsk hospital
Ust-Kamenogorsk. December 18. KAZINFORM - A wounded man was dumped off at Ust-Kamenogorsk emergency hospital. The city's police received a call informing on a wounded man diagnosed as "a gunshot wound to the thigh, open comminuted fracture of the left femur".
It was ascertained that the man had been injured about two o'clock in the morning by unknown persons near the karaoke bar "Hottubi " from a car, which owner's identity was quickly established and two young men were detained: 33 - year olds from Ust-Kamenogorsk and Almaty region.
The latter explained that he had shot traumatic weapons by negligence, after which he drove the victim to the nearest hospital and was gone. A criminal case has been initiated under article 104 of part 2 of the Criminal Code.
