During the meeting, Karin noted that a two-week schedule of the editorial team, whose main task is to review the manuscript of the book, has been planned.

The State Counselor noted that the preparation of the multi-volume book on the history of Kazakhstan with the use of the modern scientific approaches was initiated by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his article ‘Independence above all’ published in January 2021. The academic multi-volume book is set to be the basis for school and university programs, books and textbooks on the national history.

Karin highlighted that a very scrupulous work has been carried out on the book on the Kazakh history over these years, with almost the entire domestic scientific community engaged.
