A. Daulbayev and Ambassador of Saudi Arabia discussed issues of transnational crime

The interlocutors exchanged opinions regarding a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of combatting the organized transnational crime and expansion of the contractual basis.

A. Daulbayev informed the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia about the main directions of the activity of the Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan and noted that expansion of the international cooperation in the legal sphere in the bilateral and multilateral format was one of the main emphases of the work of the Persecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan. He also told about the measures taken in order to ensure order emphasizing that protection of the rights of people is under special attention of prosecutors.

The sides noted that combatting transnational crime was one of the priority directions of the work of the state bodies of Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia. The meeting has also become another important step on the way to a better cooperation between the legal systems of the two states.

Upon completion of the meeting, the foreign ambassador expressed his gratitude for a warm welcome and a productive conversation.
