A. Butkevicius invited K. Massimov to visit Lithuania

"I would like to invite you to Lithuania and see how the country has changed over the recent years, because during our conversation I understood that the last time you were in Lithuania was in 2001. You are always welcome in Lithuania and we have some issues to discuss including short-term and long-term strategic plans," K. Butkevicius told during the meeting with K. Massimov in Astana.
