7-year-old boy went down in E Kazakhstan

ASTANA. August 28. KAZINFORM A 7-year-old boy drowned while swimming in the Ulba River in the East Kazakhstan region, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies reported.
His body was found by the rescuers of the region's emergency department.
