66yo motorcyclist killed on steppe road in E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - 'IZH Jupiter" motorcycle has overturned on knurled steppe road between the villages Kananbulak and Kyzylsu, East Kazakhstan.

A 66-year-old motorcyclist lost steering control, the motorcycle overturned. The man died at the scene from his injuries.

According to the Chief Inspector of East Kazakhstan region Akgul Atudinova, over the past 8 months in the region occurred 148 rollover accidents which killed 44 and injured 189 people.

Compared to the same period of the last year, the number of such accidents increased by 6, 5%. The main cause of the accidents was overspeeding.
