6 million sq m of housing to be commissioned this year
ASTANA. August 4. KAZINFORM Six million square meters of housing are planned to be commissioned this year within the Housing Construction Program of Kazakhstan for 2011-2014. Kazinform refers to PM's official site.
As the Kazakh Statistics Agency reported, KZT 171.4 bln was invested to the construction from all sources of financing in the first half of 2011. 2.7 mln sq m of housing was put into service. This is 98.8% of the last year volume.
Totally 21228 apartments were commissioned in the country. 10116 out of it are individual homes.
Besides, 76.8 thousand square meters of houses or 67.7 thousand square meters of apartments were commissioned in January-June 2011 at the expense of the funds allocated within the Housing Construction Program for 2008-2010.
