581 education institutions connected to e-learning system
ASTANA. September 1. KAZINFORM The e-learning system was introduced in 581 education institutions of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education and Science reported, Kazinform refers to Pm.kz.
"581 education institutions are connected to the e-learning system. 926 institutions will be embraced with the project in 2013," the press service of the Ministry informs.
As the Ministry informs, the electronic education will be introduced in 1317 education institutions in 2014 and in 1311 institutions in 2015.
It is worth noting that the education institutions participating in the e-learning project are connected to the broadband Internet. Teacher's desks are equipped with personal computers and interactive equipment. Besides, all schools and colleges have stationary and mobile computer classes and computerized libraries.
Besides, digital education resources are developed for students within the project. 7043 electronic resources on 6 school disciplines and 38 disciplines of 8 specialities of colleges are been developed this year. Their introduction will be started in 2nd-11th grades in the upcoming academic year.
