50 participants of unsanctioned march detained in central Moscow
MOSCOW. August 1. KAZINFORM. Forty-seven participants in the March of the Dissenters, including the leader of the banned National Bolshevik Party, Eduard Limonov, were detained in central Moscow earlier on Friday, a Moscow police source told Tass; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
Participants in the meeting got together at about 5 pm, Moscow time, in central Moscow and tried to stage an unsanctioned meeting. There were about 200 participants and about 50 reporters, the source said.
Police warned them that they could not hold an unsanctioned action and asked them to disperse, he said.
