HONG KONG. July 1. KAZINFORM An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale jolted Mariana Islands region at 13:18 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. Kazinform refers to Xinhua.
The epicenter, with a depth of 42 km, was initially determined to be at 13.14 degrees north latitude and 146.67 degrees east longitude. Kazinform cites Xinhua. See www.xinhuanet.com
