40 people trapped in snow wreath in Almaty rgn

ASTANA. January 2. KAZINFORM Five vehicles and 17 people got into snow trap yesterday on Shelek-Aktogan highway in Almaty region. Rescuers of the Almaty emergencies department tagged off the cars to a safer place.
Four hours later snow wreath trapped another five cars and 23 people on Taldykorgan-Kapal highway. The vehicles were tagged off to a cleared out road section. No casualties were reported in both cases.
