4 villages in Pavlodar region left without electricity

Strong wind caused power outages in Bayanaul district of Pavlodar region, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Akshi, Leker, Karatomar and Aksan villages are left without electricity as monster wind gusting 20-24, locally 28-29 m/s tore power lines.
The repair works are underway.
