3yo dies after taking drugs and energy drinks

The man is suspected of having committed an offense under Part. 1, Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence). According to preliminary data, December 31, 2014 the suspect, being in his place of residence, was taking drugs and low-alcohol carbonated beverage TEN STRIKE. As a result of gross negligence and carelessness the man's son, 2011 year of birth, has taken the drugs and the energy drink. Unfortunately, the toddler has died before the arrival of an ambulance. Necessary examinations have being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the death of the child.
