35 people, 20 cars evacuated from snow blockades in E Kazakhstan

UST KAMENOGORSK. January 12. KAZINFORM /Ludmila Malko/ 35 people (including 4 children) and 20 cars were evacuated from snow blockades in East Kazakhstan oblast yesterday.
There were no immediate reports of serious injuries.
Despite the storm warning the citizens ignored the information of bad weather conditions and drove out to closed highways, representatives of the regional Emergencies Department say.
