3 yo toddler drowns in Shymkent

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In the city of Shymkent, South Kazakhstan region, a 3-year-old child inadvertently has fallen into the Badam river and drowned, the press service of the Emergency Ministry reports.
The dead body of the toddler was taken out of the river by local citizens.
