3 missing, 11 injured in north China colliery blast

TAIYUAN. August 24. KAZINFORM Eleven people have been injured and three are missing following a coal mine gas blast in north China's Shanxi Province Monday morning, local authorities said; Kazinform cites China View.
The blast occurred at about 11:10 a.m. at Xingguang Coal Mine Co. Ltd in Heshun County as 16 miners were working underground, a county work safety supervision department official said.
Two workers had been rescued, he said; Kazinform has learnt from China View.
