3,500 apartments for young families to be constructed this year
ASTANA. August 8. KAZINFORM - JSC "Zhilstroysberbank" has concluded agreements with the local authorities for the construction of housing for young families in the framework of the program "Affordable Housing 2020", managing director of JSC "Zhilstroysberbank" (Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan) Murat Sharipov said in an exclusive interview for Primeminister.kz.
"For today the agreements were signed for the construction of 62 residential units with 3,500 apartments for young families," Sharipov noted.
According to him, every region has different situation. "Some are getting ready to commission new houses, some just prepares documents or hold contests among young families," Sharipov added.
As is known, the calculation of points and formation of the queue is carried out by the akimats, and the task of the bank is to provide a proof of funds and to conclude an agreement on housing savings.
In general, until the end of the year it is planned to build two houses with 120 apartments in Almaty region, a house with 216 apartments in North Kazakhstan region, 7 houses with 201 apartment homes in Kostanay region, 7 houses with 352 apartments in Atyrau region, 234 apartments in Karaganda region, etc.
