The agenda included further party development, the creation of regional branches, strengthening the organizational structure, and the merger of the AMANAT and ADILET parties.

Delegates participated in a strategic session in the morning to discuss the party's priorities for the near future.

Addressing the 2nd Congress, Adilet Party Chairman Aibek Dadebay noted that Kazakhstan is undergoing a new stage of development, and political forces are required not only to support reforms but also to engage in concrete work with people and their needs.

"We fully and completely support President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's course toward building a Just Kazakhstan, viewing it as a strategy for the long-term strengthening of the state. At the same time, the success of reforms depends not only on state decisions. It is determined by society's willingness to participate in transformations and the ability of political forces to act responsibly and constructively. When the Adilet party was created, we proceeded from a simple and principled idea: sustainable development is impossible without justice. Where fair rules prevail, trust is established. Where trust exists, investment flows, entrepreneurship thrives, civic activity increases, and social cohesion is strengthened," Dadebay said.

One of the congress's key decisions was the creation of party branches in all regions of Kazakhstan. Delegates supported the decision and approved the Branch Statute.

Burikhan Nurmukhamedov, a member of the Party Political Council, noted that the party's continued development hinges on effective local work and constant engagement with citizens.

"It is in the regions that the fate of the party is decided. That is where the main front of our work lies. That is where citizens' trust is built. That is where people daily judge the party by its concrete actions, initiatives, and results," Nurmukhamedov emphasized.

Party members said the expansion of the regional network will bring new leaders into public life and increase citizen participation in political and social processes.

"A strong party network strengthens civil society by giving people a say in state decisions," said Dmitriy Pavlenko, Director of the Kostanay College of Automotive Transport and a member of the party's Political Council.

The agenda also included discussions on human capital, education, technology, and civil society development.

Concluding the congress, delegates considered the further strengthening of the party by expanding its membership and increasing the effectiveness of political activity.

Addressing congress participants on the merger of the AMANAT and ADILET parties, Aibek Dadebay emphasized that modern challenges require constructive dialogue and a readiness for practical work aimed at solving specific tasks facing society.

"This is real proof that Kazakhstani society can unite for the country's interests. This decision is dictated by responsibility to society, the state, and future generations. We must live up to the trust of citizens, make justice the foundation of the state system and the country's development, and, in a broader sense, part of our national identity. It is for this purpose that the Adilet Party was created. And we are ready to welcome into our ranks all who share this goal," the party leader added.
