234 km of roads worth 6.3 billion tenge to be repaired in W Kazakhstan in 2015 – MID RK
ASTANA. KAZINFORM -In West Kazakhstan region this year 6.3 billion tenge will be spent to repair 234 km of roads, Prime Minister's website reported citing the Ministry of Investment and Development of Kazakhstan.
"This year it is planned to repair 234 km of national and local roads. For the current year the funding is 6.3 billion tenge," the report says. In particular, it is planned to reconstruct roads Uralsk - Kamenka-Russian border, major repairs of roads Chapaevo-Zhalpaktal-Kaztalovka, Kaztalovka-Zhanibek-Russian border, as well as the average repair of the Uralsk-Warm-Russian border. The project will employ 13 thousand people.
According to the ministry, the Minister of Investment and Development Asset Issekeshev officially visited the West Kazakhstan region.
In Uralsk, Asset Issekeshev held a meeting during which they discussed issues of development of the manufacturing industry and infrastructure in the region, as well as the stable operation of enterprises.
According to the head of the MID of the RK, it is very important to successfully deploy two state programs: "Nurly Zhol" and the second five years of industrialization, and the timely implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State. For this purpose the MID of the RK and akimat signed a joint action plan for this year.
The minister also acquainted with the work of West Kazakhstan engineering company. The company designs and manufactures high-tech equipment for the production, preparation, transportation of oil and gas complex metal. Company started production on manufacturing the first Kazakh gas compressor units and gas turbine power plants.
Asset Issekeshev visited Ural transformer plant, which last year began to produce three-phase power transformers. The design capacity of the object is 10 thousand units per year, the cost of the project is 3.1 billion tenge.
The Minister stressed that questions of employment and stable operation of enterprises is a priority for all regions.
