21st century Silk Road to unite SCO

The working groups discuss proposals concerning multivector cultural cooperation of SCO countries. Those gathered suggest developing a mechanism of multifaceted cooperation. Tomorrow, the heads of delegations will sign an Astana Consensus to build a new platform for long-term international cultural cooperation and multilateral cooperation within SCO.
