2009 National Census results to be published in 2010-2011 - Statistics Agency

As the reps of the Agency noted, in accordance with the Government's resolution as of November 28, 2008 the results of the National Census held in February-March 2009 will be fully published in 2010-2011. By this time the agency plans to issue around 90 brochures containing the main results of the census and an analytical report.

Representatives of all interested sate bodies, public organizations, business-elite, universities and mass media were invited for the event.

The participants got familiarized with the work of the Agency's web portal (www.stst.kz ), periodicals with statistical reports on major macro-economic and social indices etc.
