2,500 businessmen to attend WIEF in Astana

Chairman of the Association for Islamic Finance Development Yerlan Baidaulet has made it public during an online conference.

"It is suggested that about 2.5 thousand participants will attend the Forum, about 1 thousand of them - foreign guests. According to the current registration, businessmen from 47 countries are registered so far. We expect that the number of participating countries will increase," Y.Baidaulet noted.

According to him, heads of state and government, representatives of big, small and medium business are among the Forum guests.

The VII World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) will be carried out in Astana on June 7-9, 2011.
