1st Kazakhstan's expedition to reach South Pole on December 16

KAZINFORM /Berik Bekmurzayev/ The Kazakhstan's Geographical Society's Academic Council develops a program of the expedition that is called on to provide a rare and unique opportunity for Kazakhstan's scientists to hold practical studies of natural-climatic conditions on the White Continent.
Representative of the Kazakhstan's Geographical Society Naizabek Olzhabaiuly made it public in Almaty today.
In accordance with the program the expedition will reach the South Pole on December 16, 2011 - on the day of the 20th anniversary of independence of Kazakhstan.
