197 kg of drugs seized in Pavlodar rgn
PAVLODAR. KAZINFORM - Pavlodar policemen have seized from illegal turnover more than 197 kg of drugs, according to the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs.
Within two months of operation Koknar-2014 more than 20 cases of drug selling, 3 facts of storage and 6 facts of smuggling of narcotics were identified. In addition, police officers have apprehended 45 drivers who operated motor vehicles intoxicated. Officers of the unit to combat drug trafficking arrested a 51-year-old resident of Pavlodar. Inside his car "Hyundai", police found dried marijuana weighing more than 73 kg. In addition, in Pavlodar was detained a 42-year-old man. In his house police found and seized heroin weighing more than 126 g. Two criminal cases have been initiated. The detainees were out into a detention center.
