NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM «18 medical workers died from coronavirus in Kazakhstan,» chief state sanitary doctor Aizhan Yesmaganbetova told a briefing.
She explained that not all deaths are coronavirus-related. However all of them treated coronavirus- positive patients.
As of today 11.5% of all coronavirus cases fall on medical workers. 492 of them suffer from pneumonia, 511 undergo treatment.
