15-year-old boy arrested for stabbing father

TOKYO. KAZINFORM - Police in Tokyo's Toshima Ward said Sunday they have arrested a 15-year-old boy on a charge of attempted murder after he stabbed his father.
According to police, the victim, who is in his 50s, called 119 at around 8 a.m. Sunday, saying that he had been stabbed in the stomach, TBS reported. Police rushed to the scene and found the man bleeding from stab wounds to the stomach. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition, Kazinform has learnt from Japan Today. The man's son, who was also at home, has admitted to stabbing his father, but has so far given no motive, police said.
