ASTANA. January 15. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ 15.8% or 1.4 million of Kazakhstanis have cast their votes during the first three hours of the parliamentary elections, Deputy Chairman of Central Election Commission Vladimir Foos told a briefing on voter turnout.
The highest voter turnout is seen in Atyrau region (37%), the lowest - in Mangystau region (2.5%)
