11-year-old boy tragically killed on playground

As the head of the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the region Gulnazira Mukhtarova says, the accident occurred at the time when the child was going on the swings. Somehow he was twisted by the rope tied to a horizontal bar located nearby. There was no one to help the boy, who died of asphyxiation.

"Upon the death of a child forensic examination has been initiated. The case has been recorded as an accident," stated Muhtarova.
