11 poisoned by formaldehyde vapors in Almaty region

TALDYKORGAN. January 11. KAZINFORM /Sandugash Duissenova/ 11 people poisoned by formaldehyde vapors were hospitalized to the Ili district hospital of Otegen Batyr village last night.
According to the press service of the regional sanitary-epidemiological department, all those affected at the Alatau kus poultry farm in Almaty region reported smarting eyes, headache and dizziness.
The preliminary version is formaldehyde poisoning. On December 28, 2011 formaldehyde was used there on the farm as disinfectant.
