100 schools, 100 hospitals program faces problems

First Vice-Chairman of Nur Otan Astana branch Pavel Kazantsev emphasized a critical need in schools in Astana.  The question of construction of schools appears on the top of the must list, given soon beginning of the school year.  Slow financing, sluggish funding utilization and procrastination are the main problems obstructing the execution of the '100 schools 100 hospitals' presidential program, he said.

"Chances that the presidential program may not be fulfilled in due time are big. Therefore we must reduce any protractions and ensure completed construction of seven schools before September 1 no matter what ", Kazantsev said.
