1 injured as locomotive, car collide in Kostanay region

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM - One person has been injured in a collision of a diesel locomotive and a car in the town of Arkalyk, Kostanay region, officials say.
According to the regional emergencies department, the accident occurred around 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The diesel locomotive collided with the Subaru Forester car on a railway crossing. Paramedics rushed the Subaru driver to a hospital. According to reports, he is in a critical condition. The police are currently investigating the accident.
