1 baby killed, 15 people evacuated as flat went up in flames in Karaganda rgn

ASTANA. December 12. KAZINFORM A flat in a 3-storey house went up in flames on December 11 in Karaganda region, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergencies reported.
The fire covered an area of 12 square meters. 15 people including five children were evacuated. A body of a child born in 2008 was found at the scene.
16 firemen and three units of the region's fire service equipment worked at the place of the accident.
