KAZINFORM Within the framework of the guaranteed free medical care 1.5 thousand people underwent medical treatment at the Nuclear Medicine Center, Head of the Kazakh National Diagnostic Centre of the Nuclear Medicine Department Tokhtar Konurbaev told in his interview for the Kazakh PM's official site, www.pm.kz.
The modern diagnostic techniques of the center help detect cancerous and benign tumors early.
The Nuclear Medicine Center has been working at the Republican Diagnostic Center since 2010. It has radiology, radiation detection and radiopharmaceutical production departments.
