The US Embassy in Astana announces the launch of the Alumni Project 2012-2013

ASTANA. November 21. KAZINFORM The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the Embassy of the United States of America in Kazakhstan is pleased to announce the launch of the Alumni Speakers' Tour project 2012-2013.
The goals of the project are:
- 1. To deliver lectures on your area of expertize in education institutions in Kazakhstan (regions are given priority);
- 2. To promote the State Alumni website and opportunities including professional development, grant opportunities, research materials, and information on how to create new networks of alumni;
- 3. To include recently returned alumni in alumni outreach activities;
- 4. To reach out to disadvantaged communities;
- 5. To strengthen alumni networking;
All expenses will be covered by the U.S. Mission in Kazakhstan, the Mission's press service said.
