Talgat Lasstayev named vice minister of transport of Kazakhstan

Talgat Lasstayev has been named the new vice minister of transport of Kazakhstan, Kazinform Agency cites the press service of the Kazakh government.
Born in 1980 in East Kazakhstan region, he is a graduate of the East Kazakh State University, Amanzholov East Kazakh State University, Public Administration Academy under the Kazakh President, National Aviation University of Ukraine, Sanford School of Public Policy of the Duke University.
Earlier it was reported that Kazakhstan had named the new vice minister of industry and construction.
