Rain, snowstorm and black ice forecast in Kazakhstan Oct 17-19

According to the national meteorological service, most parts of the country will stay under the impact of a cyclone, which will bring precipitation. Heavy precipitation (rain and snow) is to batter southeastern parts of mountainous areas, while western part of the country is forecast to brace for rains on October 17. Heavy downpours and thunderstorm are expected on October 18.
Only northern parts of the country will enjoy fair weather with some clouds due to the anticyclone that will result in temperatures increase.
High wind as well as fog are expected at nighttime and in the morning across the country. The mountainous areas will observe black ice.
