Kazakhstan to cooperate with Azerbaijan and Russia to investigate plane crash

It was said by Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev at a briefing in Aktau, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to Bozumbayev, the law enforcement bodies of Russia and Azerbaijan will not be allowed to participate in forensic investigation (under the Criminal Procedure Code), but will participate in the investigation of the plane crash.

Earlier the Kazakh Transport Ministry revealed the details of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash near Aktau.

Earlier it was reported that the bodies of 10 deceased people out of 38 have been so far identified.

38 died and 29 survived as Baku-Grozny flight J2-8243 operated by Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) crashed near Aktau, Kazakhstan, on December 25.
