Kazakhstan needs national railway cargo carrier

ASTANA. January 9. KAZINFORM This year we should complete the establishment of the national railway cargo carrier and infrastructure service providers, Kazakh Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov told a meeting of JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" on the results of 2012.
Akhmetov also noted the need to continue the rapid development and modernization of the railway transport.
