Kazakh Water Ministry’s science and innovation department names new head

By order of the minister of water resources and irrigation of Kazakhstan, Muslim Zhiyenbayev has been appointed as the head of the science and innovation department of the ministry of water resources and irrigation of Kazakhstan, Kazinform News Agency cites the press service of the Ministry.
Born in Zhambyl region in 1967, he is a graduate of the Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation Construction Institute.
Zhiyenbayev previously worked as the head of the department of transborder rivers of the Ministry of ecology, geology, and natural resources of Kazakhstan.
Mukhtar Zhakenov had been appointed as the director of the water policy department of the Water Resources and Irrigation Ministry of Kazakhstan.
